REFUND POLICY

We have a strict NO returns, NO exchange & NO refund policy.

Before placing your order, please check all information as detailed descriptions and pictures are given for each item for sale on the Secret Stash website.

If you have additional inquires about an item before placing an order you can Whatsapp or call us at +92-323-8223055 between 10:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

All orders are confirmed via a phone call before being dispatched. Secret Stash has a 24 hour hold policy only. If we are unable to contact the customer within 1 working day, the order is automatically cancelled.

Any additional inquiries or information required can also be made over call or Whatsapp before finalising your order. After this confirmation all sales are considered FINAL. We have a strict NO returns, NO exchange & NO refund policy after a customer has confirmed their order. 

However, if there is an issue with the item ordered when received by the customer (only if it is not in the condition or size mentioned on the website) then a refund will be given to the customer. The customer must contact Secret Stash within 24 hours of receiving the product (this is the delivery date made by the courier) with pictures on Whatsapp at +92-3238223055 or via email at info@secretstash.pk to make a claim. 

As a reselling platform Secret Stash is not responsible for the condition of items after being worn.
