Personally, I love changing seasons. In Karachi, we don’t experience a very distinct difference in the weather. However, the shift from sweltering summers to more temperate Autumn makes me excited. I like to reflect this transition through my clothes. Here are my top picks for bringing the season’s greetings into your wardrobe!
- SALVATORE FERRAGAMO ORANGE SILK PRINTED SQUARE SCARF
Layering allows much more diversity of colours and silhouettes in outfits. The simplest way to layer (without looking like Joey in that one episode of Friends) is to add a gorgeous scarf to your look, like this Salvatore Ferragamo one we have in stock. Wear it babushka style like ASAP Rocky, if you dare. Or knot it over a crisp white top, tailored pants and these Zara nude heels, to look like you just got off a yacht.
- CHARLES & KEITH BLUE SUEDE & FUR PUMPS
What is more appropriate for colder weather than fur? We aren’t exactly shivering in our boots, here in Karachi. So instead lets strut in these fur-trimmed Charles & Keith heels. The dark Navy colour is a nice deviation from our classic black. I would wear these with navy pants, a matching shirt and a red winged liner for contrast.
- COCCINELLE SUEDE NAVY SATCHEL
Suede is a typical fall/ winter fabric, therefore this Coccinelle bag is perfect for slinging around your torso till spring. Paired with a glittery turtleneck, suede boots and maybe a newsboy cap, this bag will certainly cement your street style cred.
- COACH PEACH LEATHER WRISTLET
The colour of this Coach wristlet will blend in with falling leaves and pumpkins. In the middle of the city, we don’t really see either of the latter two, so let's make up for it by wearing lots of orange (and orange adjacent colours) this Autumn. I would style this with a head-to-toe black look with these vans.
Hope you enjoy the style 'inspo' and the cooler weather like I am! :)
